HISTORY: Ever since seeing the brilliant Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean performed their iconic bolero at the 1987 winter Olympics,Bridget had wanted to be a professional ice dancer and therefore practically begged her parents to get her lessons.By the time she was 18 she had already won several medals and trophys with her professional partner and later to be husband Fred.They both got a phone call just as Bridget was about to turn 21 to appear on a new show in the UK called Dancing on Ice.
It was there she made a strong bond with her heroes Jayne and Chris but it wasn't meant to last as in the last series she discovered that Fred had been romantically linked to his celebrity partner Emily Atack.She fled the show fearing that carrying would lead to a darker path.Whilst staying with family friends in LA.she applied for the post of Ice Dancer at a place called Camp Rock and its there she has stayed with since.She hopes that this is the year she finds love and finally can close the chapter on Fred for good.
